Day 1 - Workshop
Welcoming and Registration

Parallel Workshops (2-3 workshops per session)
Interactive sessions focusing on lean construction practices, tools, trends, and simulations.
Each parallel session will feature 2-3 workshops, and the organizing committee will collect attendee preferences to ensure personalized experiences.
The workshops will be conducted in English.
02:00 PM - 03:30 PM
Peer-to-Peer Networking Session
Participants can engage in discussions, share their experiences, and present their lean construction solutions. This session will be in the form of an informal exhibition where attendees can bring posters, business cards, tablets to show videos or demos, or written materials to showcase their work.
Those interested in presenting posters must notify the organizing committee in advance and arrive at 13:00 on Thursday to set up.
The goal is to create an open environment that promotes collaboration and practical exchanges among participants, moving beyond the traditional conference structure and allowing everyone to talk and collaborate with others.
03:30 pm - 05:30 pm
Gala Dinner (details on venue and registration to follow)
It is an option, additional registration is needed to participate.
The Gala Dinner will be held on the evening of the 3rd of April, providing an opportunity for further networking and informal discussions in a relaxed setting. The dinner will include fun activities to promote interaction among attendees.
It will be organized in Lille City-Center.

Day 2 - Conference

The focus will shift to keynote presentations and industrial casestudies. The presentations may cover:

- Insights into the future of lean construction in Europe

Business Meeting
The conference will conclude with a business meeting on the afternoon of the 4th of April. The meeting aims to:
- Reflect on the success of the conference (plus & delta)
- Discuss the future direction of the EuGLC initiative
- Select the next host city for EuGLC 2026
- Explore opportunities to strengthen collaborations within the European lean construction community
- Discuss ways to improve the impact of EuGLC in Europe
